Artios Technologies was seeking to enhance both the functionality and user experience of their internal systems to better support business operations across multiple regions. The primary challenges included:

  1. A complete UI/UX theme revamp to align with their brand identity and improve user navigation.
  2. Implementation of a robust payroll and tax setup tailored for both their headquarters and operations in St. Kitts, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
  3. Development of four specific business-critical reports for government tax purposes to improve visibility into operations and support informed decision-making.


The Solution

To address Artios Technologies’ diverse requirements, Korecent delivered a comprehensive solution with enhancements across UI, payroll, and reporting:

  1. UI/UX Theme Redesign: A fresh interface featuring a green and grey color scheme was implemented. Key improvements were made to the header, sidebar, background, list view, and buttons—offering a modern, intuitive experience aligned with Artios’s brand identity.
  2. Advanced Payroll & Tax Configuration: A highly customized payroll setup was deployed, accommodating complex conditions such as varying company and tax types, employee age brackets, ceiling limits, variable exemptions, and activity-based payments. The system also included multi-party payment structures and rigorous validations—ensuring accurate data reflection in salary slips and support for hybrid salary structures with multiple payment frequencies.
  3. Tailored Reporting: Four detailed reports were developed for government tax data—three specific to Artios operations and one for their St. Kitts entity—along with customized print formats, enabling streamlined insights and compliance across locations.
